• I believe this is the preeminent book of it's type for a survey course in international law. Covering the history of international law through the current challenges of the "North-South economic and legal divide" as well as post 9/11 terrorism and the challenges to international law, the book covers it with sufficient depth and easy to read and absorb analysis and discussion. Whether you are looking for the law of diplomacy, economics and trade, human rights, the law of war or anything else in the landscape of international legal thinking, this book should be on your list.
• It is very useful book. I learnd a lot of knowledge from this book. It is very nice. I love it.
• Required text for my International Law class. Pretty good as far as textbooks go. Not terribly dry, but does give a pretty general understanding. Definitely more of an "intro" guide rather than something that delves terribly deep.

  The information is presented in a clear manner, yet it encompases a large range of international law theory. On top of that it includes real life examples within the text, but in a format, that they can be skipped over if neccesary.
  The book was a great guide to international law jurisprudence, pointing me in the right direction in every case.
  This book is great either as an introduction to international law, or as a reference book.
  I think its an all around must-have.
