• I'm a "nut shell" fanatic. The series provides many case examples that may be highly instructive of a case on point to meet your needs. They are highly recommended. However, the dynamics of health care may require a new edition very soon especially regarding professional health care provider liability.
• This is an excellent text and surprisingly covers the subject very thoroughly. Highly recommended for anyone studying medical liability or malpractice.
• Excellent review. I am an in a master's program (in the study of law), and this book was very helpful, particularly in areas of vicarious liability and HIPPA regulations. Clearly written and just the right level of detail.
